Well, unfortunantly I'm one of those people that needs to have things spelled out for me. Take exercise for example... if it's not on my calendar... it just ain't happening! Know what I mean?
So for the month of September, my personal challenge was to perform 1,000 minutes of cardio. I'm not quite there yet with 175 minutes to go, but I'm certain I will have that done by the weekend. I'm going to stick to that for October as well.
So, is anyone up for sharing my October Challenge? It's just 1,000 minutes... not much really, just 32.26 minutes a day. How you get those minutes in, walking, jogging, biking, swimming, weeding the flower beds, chasing toddlers around the park... matters not, just as long as you do!
