I found an AWESOME toning DVD.... 10 minute toning.... there are 5 workouts broken up into five 10 minute mini workouts so you can either break them up throughout the day or do 3, 4, or all of them and it just flies by and you've gotten a 50 minute workout in for the day before you even know it! Great for people like me who HATE to work out and can't ever seem to get motivated!!!!!
I ordered mine through amazon.com - if you just type in "10 minute workouts" into the lookup it will pull up several different DVD's in this collection - I ordered the toning. Love it!

I did the "abs" workout this morning - she said that if you do it every other day that you will see fast results. I think I'm going to do abs and arms on M-W-F, legs and buns on T-TH, stretching on Sundays and all 5 for a 50 min workout on Saturday mornings. I just can't get over how quickly each workout goes by and they aren't brutally hard but yet you can "feel the burn"....

These workout dvds that are broken down into small segments are awesome for todays society. We are all so busy and a common excuse for not exercising is "I dont have the time".... well if you have 10 minutes you have the time, right? I love my Denise Austin "hit the spot pilates" because it's broken down into 10 minute sections so I can do a few per day.
