Honestly, I've noticed my girls leaving much quicker than my booty!  BUT... the tape measure doesn't lie... and it's leaving my lower half MUCH faster!!!
I do believe it's because my evil trainer makes me do squats! Oh how I hate them... but I do them nonetheless! Regular squats... squats with a jump at the end... squats with weights... squats with a medicine ball... going up and down flights of stairs with weights and doing squats at the bottom... you dream of a way to do squats and I can guarantee he makes me do them!!!!!
After that, I would suggest interval training. Another of his favorites...
