Hello everyone!


I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions for losing weight in more focused areas such as thighs and me bum... I am not exactly very well endowed when it comes to the upper portion of my body and everytime I lose weight the girls are the first things to go. So if anyone knows of a cardio workout which can preserve what I do have while minimizing my bottom half, I would looooove to know!

Hello, Blue!! I have the same problem. These are the places to look at them... 1st Teresa Tapp has a number of focused exercises (they look weird at first but are pretty effective) at Better Body Basics - T-Tapp.com. Then there's PACE. To burn fat, do interval training. The best way is jump rope, then running, then walking and jogging. Some say walking will make you leaner on the bottom half than running does. Hope that helps!

Blue, Babe, if you find one, let us know. There really are things that can help you firm up but I am unsure how you might lose more booty and less of your girls~

Honestly, I've noticed my girls leaving much quicker than my booty! BUT... the tape measure doesn't lie... and it's leaving my lower half MUCH faster!!!

I do believe it's because my evil trainer makes me do squats! Oh how I hate them... but I do them nonetheless! Regular squats... squats with a jump at the end... squats with weights... squats with a medicine ball... going up and down flights of stairs with weights and doing squats at the bottom... you dream of a way to do squats and I can guarantee he makes me do them!!!!!

After that, I would suggest interval training. Another of his favorites...

ooo ooo ooo I know the answer to this problem I too have small girls but a hugh butt! The answer is the leg magic its at Jc penny and it is magic!!!!! Its like a thigh squeeze machine and you stand on the peddles and slide your legs inward. Its all your own resistance! It also comes with a circut training work out video which you work on the machine for one minute then do squats do the machine for a minute then do pushups and so on its about 25 minutes and I sweat more on that then I do on my eliptical and in spin class!!!!! Give it a try!
