Oh dear, I better get my butt in gear!!

Does walking up and down stairs instead of taking the elevator count? Or just full cardio. I don't want to cheat, but that would at least give me a few minutes toward to 50

Cmom, I prefer to record mine daily. It keeps me accountable. Obviously if I'm out of town or something, then I'll record a weekly total.

Ms. Echo, I do believe stairs count! Small bits of time add up quick! If we can just add a few minutes everyday by making small changes... it makes a world of difference!!!

Ok I only was able to get in about 15 mins at the most on walking yesterday. I wanted to go walk in the evening but I had to cook, and then take my dad to bus station. Then it got dark GRRRR i was mad. And NOW its misting outside

Guess I'll be going to the student recreational center to workout for a little bit.

I really like these Anissa. Its very challenging and its fun to achieve it. Thats what me and a girl I met here on campus did. We were jogging and just kept pushing just a little more and then a little more.. a little more until we couldnt wait any longer LOL It was so awesome though b/c we accomplished it

You would not believe how BEAT I am. I power walked for an hour. Then I jogged halfway around the track. Talk about hard Okkk To meet the 1500 mark for the month Im off for one hour b/c I can never exercise on Sunday we are so busy with church. So Im thinking Im gonna just do 30 mins extra for 2 days so that way I could get in my 1500 mins for the month!!!!
