I wish I could work out! My stomach has been bothering me since Sunday night. I think its stuipid gas but hoping it goes away soon so I can exercise. Hurts to walk. Tried that yesterday and I had to stop. But at least Im staying within my calorie intake. Yesterday only got over 800 I know thats not good but I was sleepy and not hungry at all.

Anyway hopefully I can get up to par here soon yall!

IM SO ANGRY!!!!!!!!!



I cant walk around very good b/c I think I did something to my right knee So Im just kind of waiting to see if maybe I could get in some walking later on. Ive got to do something!!!! I usually try to do at least an hour a day. If not then Im gonna try to get a membership for Curves so maybe I could do something else that wouldnt put a lot of strain on it. I have never had trouble with that knee before I think when I power walked for an hour I maybe strained it too hard and jogging I dont know. But Im totally missing out!!!!

Hello and welcome to Lucy and Ready, I'm excited to see so many people who are up to the challenge. You are definitely going to find your motivation here, and it is so true having to record your numbers definitely hold you accountable not to mention I kind of feel guilty if I don't do any cardi!

MsMartini, its very true I was addicted to the gym about a year and a half ago fell off the wagon and never felt this way again until now. I actually made myself go tonight despite the freezing cold outside, the craving for the gym and the addiction is back!! Here are my minutes for my workout! Did somebody say sweaty?
