Msmartini, good for you for finding the motivation to get some workout in on thursday, the only thing I could do on thursday was sit and digest! we are coming around to the end of the month and let me tell you did it creep up on me! I am glad I have dog walking on the overnights, otherwise I'd be in big trouble trying to make the goal! 1500 was def a good challenge, makes want to push myself to do a little bit more at the gym! hope everyone is doing well... here are my numbers from last night...
