Here we go! The October 1,000 minute challenge was so much fun that we're back!! Bigger and better this time... 1,500 cardio minutes! That's just 50 little minutes for 30 straight days... or however you want to do them! Is 1,500 too many? Too few? If so... set your goal wherever you'd like it to be and join in the fun!!

Just add your name below and then come back here to record your minutes! There are 3 numbers: the first being your minutes for the day you are recording. The second is your total so far for the month and the last is how many you have left to reach your goal. Be certain to copy and paste the latest entry and change just your numbers. This way the most current are always on top!

So let's burn some calories! Walk off the pounds! Make room for the turkey! and lose some inches!!

Okay. 50 minutes is a lot, but I know I need to be working out longer on certain days, so maybe it will all even out.

Echo, feel free to change your goal total. 50 minutes IS a lot! This goal can be whatever you want it to be! 30 minutes a day is 900 minutes. You may want to use 1,000 as your goal. You can alter this however you like!!!! Just get up and move and come tell us about it!!

You may come to record your numbers as often as you'd like! Daily... weekly... I'd say at least weekly! That way we can cheer you on as you get closer!
