I posted this in my journal, but I wanted more people to see it.
My former personal trainer has been in the process of making a movie that I believe will be near and dear to all of our hearts - "Inspired". He has prepared a trailer which is on YouTube. Just the trailer made me cry . . . following is a link and what he wrote:
"If you have a moment, please take a few minutes and see our latest trailer on YouTube, and give it a rating (a good one, preferably!)
YouTube - INSPIRED: The Movie - Trailer Long Version
If you believe in the power of grass roots marketing, help us with this little experiment and pass along this link to others who may find inspiration from it. (I think you may need a YouTube account to rate videos - it will help us get our word out if you take a few moments to do so!)"
Steve is a great guy, and he and his wife both have suffered with weight issues, so they know and understand our struggles. They work out a couple hours a day and eat great to stay in shape - if they didn't they would gain the weight right back. I guess I say this because - they are one of us. So many times, personal trainers or people with advice are naturally skinny and fit. I find it hard to respect those peoples' advice. I respect Steve's advice. I don't think he has all the answers for everyone, but he can relate and this is his passion.
