Okay everyone!! December is just around the corner... um, Saturday!! This is one high food month, with many get togethers and lots of yummy food!! So... let's get ready to burn those calories off before we even eat it!!
Last month we did a 1,500 minute challenge. This month, I'm going to leave it wide open! YOU chose how many cardio minutes you want to do... no... 2 does not count!  You set your goal... you set your pace!
There are 3 numbers that should be next to your name. The first one is how many minutes you did on the day you are reporting. The second is how many minutes you have done for the month and the third is how many you have left to make your goal.
Please add your name to the list with those numbers to the right. Then when you come to update your numbers, simply copy and paste the very last post into a new post. Change only your numbers and click post! That's it!!
