ok ya im sorry im totally ditsy when it comes to things like this your talking numbers now and I hate math! lol anyway what is it todays workout mins plus this months so far work out minutes and then you deduct those from a total number of minutes to work out for the month?????? If thats right today is 30 minutes im going to do my workout before I go to bed... which is right now! if its not right don't laugh too much! lol

Jana, you are correct my dear! The first number is how many you did that day. The second is total for the month and the third is how many you have left to make your goal for the month. I'm excited that you are going to join us!! Just add your name to the list and copy and paste everyone's into your post so we have the most current numbers handy!
