Hello Blondie,
every month we start a challenge, everyone decides how many minutes of cardio they want to complete for the month.
So basically the first number is the number of minutes you completed for that day(or for the length of time you are reporting for.. could be a few days combined or however often you would like to report)
the second number is your total minutes for the challenge so far... so basically every time you report minutes you add those to your total for the month so far and update it.
The last number is the number of minutes remaining until you have reached your goal..
