I've been a fan of exercise tapes since I can remember. I started in the days of cassette tapes and Joni Greggins (1982, etc). Kathy Smith has some great 20 minute workout tapes that you can do. I love the Beach Body series (Male and female friendly). They have a great 5 minute Ab Ripper tape that takes you through a series of 200 crunches. The Beach Body website ( Beachbody Fitness, Nutrition, Diet and Weight Loss Products and Videos) has lots of other great workouts. I have recently started working out to Turbo Jam (a mix of martial arts and dancing). Even if you do 10 min here and 10 min later, you can really get a good workout from these tapes (some are longer than 20 min). Also, if you get Comcast (or maybe Cox), they have OnDemand free workouts. I'll post some of my workout routines that you can do while watching TV with a 5lb set of weights (or none at all) later.
