So every morning I go to her resting spot and like to think I take her with me, and I walk up and down the whole cemetary. It is a great walk! it is quiet and I get a great up hill walk too. Plus I like to think that it is spending time with my mom.

Hi. Most of you don't know me yet, because I just joined yesterday, but I wanted to let you all know that I walk, and I walk 4 miles everyday doing the Leslie Sansone dvd's. They are so good. I have several of her dvds. I have the two mile walk, 3 mile walk, and I also have the 5 mile walk, one mile for each day. I mix those up daily. On the 5 mile walk, the last mile is a 12 min mile where you are walking 5 miles an hour, I love doing that one! The other miles are focusing on areas, one is for tummy, one for arms, one for legs, etc.... Any way, I work at home, so I sit on a computer all day, I work 5 hours in the morning and off for 3 hours and then work 5 hours in the evening, so what I do is walk one before work, two on my break, and another when I get off at 9:00pm, I like to think that one helps me burn more calories while I am sleeping.lol... Anyway I also go to the track at the park a couple of days a week when I am off to walk... Thanks for all the support. I can't wait to be a size 8!

Hey, you do need a landline phone with no extra services on it. but, you don't have to have that until after training is over.
