The weather is finally at a temperature where I can walk outside and not freeze. I've been trying to walk to work versus driving in or taking the bus. It's roughly a mile and a half.

I am hoping our weather holds out today. I am going to do a couple of miles in a few min. The I want to roller blade this afternoon!

I believe is the best thing to do. Last night, I walk for 9 laps and jog one. I'm so proud onf myself. Slept like a baby.

I love to walk, I prefer someone to go with me though and where I live it is hard to find people who are not severely lazy........:(

It is hard for me to get away from the kids to walk outside much, but I use the Gazelle, which is just like walking. I have started "sprinting" for a minute or so every once in a while when I'm using it so it boosts the cardio part of it. When school starts back, I will be able to walk outside more. I live in the country so it is pleasant to walk the lanes! Very peaceful!
