I take Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and I just want to give people a little insight. The cardio is amazing and the strength and confidence you will gain is through the roof. There is no way you can do this stuff without losing weight, it is a guaranteed way of shedding lbs!
I would recommend in addition to eating right and normal workouts, try a martial art! Learn self-defense and a new sense of confidence. Anyone that has any questions about this may contact me, good luck everyone!
