Reverse Crunch: Lie on the ground with your legs straight and your hands beneath your rear. Keep your abs really tight and your back on the floor. Pull your legs up 90 degrees. Don't lock the knees. Lower your legs...(your back should still be on the ground.) Repeat.
Walking tightner: Pretend that there is a string connecting your navel to the spine. Keep your stomach in every time you walk, this will train and tighten.
The weighted twist: Hold 3 lbs weights while twisting and holding i the stomach.
