@jbsmom, the only thing she uses you might need are some weights. i've got 3 lb. dumbells, but when i first started working out, i just used any heavy cans i could find.
(: no problemo... one word of advice, if any, before you start her workouts- STRETCH! don't underestimate this woman.
she's some sorta devil fitness machine, i'm telling you.
