Well, I have been staying busy, but been keeping up on the exercise too. I finally went and spent the money and got a Wii Fit Board and it came with the Wii Fit game and then I also got the Biggest Loser game for it also. I am really liking the Biggest Loser one, not so much the Wii Fit one, but the kids like it a lot. So that is a good thing!

I am still working on my goal of losing this last 20 lbs or as close to it as I can by Christmas. I have been really watching my diet a lot more carefully, and even spent a few days writing everything down, and found that I was letting myself stray a bit more than I had thought. So now I feel like I am back on track and twice as determined as before to make this work.

I hope everyone is still doing well!!

Hi! and thanks for the kind words..i took that on my way out to see Smokie Robinson...he was great..

Anyway..i have been doing those floor exercises, pilates and walking my butt off...(trying to at least)

I haven't done any videos or bike riding lately...

as far as food ..i have been craving but haven't given in to anything too bad..i had some rice crispy treats that i made...and will not be making them anymore

i'll be asking the dr. this week to up my dosage as I do not want to slack off during the holidays..

You all are doing so good

Hi everyone! First I want to say I miss you guys!! I noticed my last post was on Nov 13th...sorry guys it's been busy at work, home, etc...

Well I ask my dr. to lower my dosage from 37.5 to 30...I read on here that the 30mg can work better for some which is awesome; but I also ask her to switch me because I've been having trouble sleeping and I tend to be a bit edgy and crabby :( and anyone that truly knows me; knows that's out of character for me.

Also my original goal was to be at 135 but I moved it back to 132lbs.

I haven't post in a while but I have been exercising ladies...so I'll just pick up from today; at 8:00pm tonite I'm going exercise on my TM and watch 48 hours mystery; I luv that show!

I miss all of you...Patty, Carol, Susan, etc...chat with you tomorrow

mzcris, you are looking fabulous, girl!! Good luck with the change in the dose. I hope it works great for you!! I love the 30 mg, but everyone is different! lol!!

I have also been keeping up with the exercise...just lazy to post it, I guess. I think that all of us have probably been about the same with staying with the exercising but so busy that we don't post it like we were. It is definately a busy time of the year, so it is very understandable!

Hope you all are doing great!! And keep up the work that I KNOW you all are doing!!

Okay went to the park today and I did 2.5 miles in 47 minutes. I power walked and jogged...I am soar because I'm use to the TM instead of that pavement; but I do feel good. Good Night everyone

Awesome job!!! Way to go!! Be sure to warm up a little first and stretch afterwards and maybe that will help with some of the soreness.

You are doing a great job!!! You are almost to your goal!!

Well, just one more day until Thanksgiving!! I am happy because I love getting together with all our family, but also nervous because I have two meals to go to, and there is so much temptation at each one. Like my mom makes the best homemade noodles ever, and it is soooo hard not to pig out on them!! Or the Chocolate Pie that she makes....or the homemade bread.....OMGoodness!! I think I am gaining weight just thinking about all of it!! Anyway, I am going to drink tons of water before I go, and pray that I have the strength to "Just Say No!!" lol!! And I hope all of you have the same strength!! But if we don't....I guess we get back up, dust ourselves off, and jump back on the bandwagon!!

I spent 30 strong minutes on the Gazelle last night in preparation for tomarrow, and will do another 30 today. I was really hoping to make it to below 180 lbs before tomarrow, but it doesn't look like I am going to get it done..still sitting at 181.2. Darn that scale!!! lol!!

So I hope you all are doing great!! And have a wonderful, safe Thanksgiving full of love and family and friends!!
