Love your ticker Patty..don't know how to post one..

Stairs are the best i don't have any around my area wish i did...some of the best exercising is when you do it unconstiously...like parking farther....taking the stairs..or Loading Pigs to Market

today i helped load a door and supplies on hubby's truck, walked 3 times around Costco...loaded 24 pack of water on and off cart three times...(People looked at my husband like "help the poor girl" ha!) but its all exercise..

I did the ropes for 10 minutes this morning b4 work and i'm hoping to jump on the bike when the sun goes down...90plus degrees right now in florida ....

No loss yet...but i feel like my body wants to do something...can't explain it ...

Hey everyone,
Not much exercise today. I did play basketball with my sister-in-law and nephew for about 30 minutes. I plan to ride my bike about 5 miles in the morning. This usually takes about an hour! GeorgiaTeacher

Hi everyone...today has been a very busy day

I did not exercise like I wanted to because I had alot of errands to run!! But I did alot of walking and jumping in/out of the car! Also because I could not get on my treadmill like I wanted to...I made sure I only had my carbs for breakfast and lunch...and for dinner I had protein and veggies only.

After church tomorrow I am getting on that treadmill for sure; I don't want to make a habit of "putting me last" again!

I also tell my hubby and daughter "when I'm taking care of me I can be a better wife and mom"

Oh, this is exactly what I was hoping for!!! You guys are doing great!!! I also love what you said mzcris! It is exactly right on target!

After I loaded hogs yesterday, I only spent about 15 minutes on the Gazelle, but then I was back outside helping unload a trailer of barrels, so I stayed very busy all day...please notice the ticker below!!!! Today I am not sure what I am going to do yet, it is a rainy day, so maybe more time on the Gazelle while I'm downstairs doing the laundry.

I am so glad that we are doing this challenge and that you guys are taking it seriously!! I am pretty confident that at the end of the challenge, we will all feel 100% better!!!

I did it!! I actually rode my bike 4.5 miles on the highway and 1.2 miles on the dirt road. The last 1.2 miles just about killed me because of all the sand! GeorgiaTeacher

I jogged for 30 mins outside on a walking path man did I sweat!! I'm reluctant to weigh myself its TOM!!!!!! you go girls!! Great work! We can do this!
