How often do either of you lift? What is a good weight to start out with for a beginner? What sort of exercises would you reccomend for someone who has never done it before? Do you think it is a good idea to lift before you have lost all of your weight? Does the added muscle add much more weight to your body? Do you know which exercises would be helpful for toning your upper arms? How many reps should be done and that sort of thing? Please let me know!!!
