Well I dont eat chips, cookies and sweets all the time anyway so avoiding them shouldnt be that hard. I dont have a special diet either... I'm not sure if I should be on one, but for now I'm just going to eat healthier and in smaller portions.

Healthier and smaller portions are definately important. Make sure you are getting some exercise 5 times a week though. Just do as much as you feel comfortable with!
