I've always felt I had a problem with me weight. I started gaining weight in 5th grade and by 8th grade I was around 170. I lost weight that summer because I went to taiwan with my family to see my grandparents and aunts. I came home and weighed 15 pounds lighter. I was pretty excited. All I did was walk. Anyway, now I am 17 and I weight roughly 145.

I just now decided that my goal is 130.

I made a plan to walk in the park for about an hour at least once a week during the summer but I got sick, and I'm just now feeling good enough to go out again. I'm sure I'll be swimming a lot with my friends too so that will help a lot. I'm also going to try to adjust my diet. :grin:

What adjustments are you making to your diet? Are you doing low-carb
or counting calories, or just avoiding certain foods, etc.
