I'm obviously new and thought I'd introduce myself. I'm a college student finishing up my degree (will finish in April) in English education and athletic training. I will be receiving my strength training certification from the ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) in January as I'm finishing up my exercise science classes. My main areas of specialty are/will be athletic training/strength and conditioning, and injury prevention.
When I started my adventure into this about a year and a half ago I was nearing 30% body fat and extremely unhealthy; I have now wittled bodyfat down to near single digits and in much better health.
I hope to offer some good, practical support and advice and learn something from you guys along the way.
