Good morning everyone

This is my first posting on this forum. I wanted to discuss Phen. My doctor put me on Phen to give me energy. I also need to lose about 40 lbs. Do you find that you have more energy when on Phen. I was very shocked that Doc gave me this being that I have had angioplasty and 3 stints only 2 years ago. What do all of you think about Phen and heart?

I definately have more energy on Phen.

I would think that your doctor would want to watch to make sure there are no changes in your heart while on Phen. I have to go in monthly to have mine checked.

I think you doc probably thinks the risk are low compared to the benefits of weight loss. Just be sure to keep all your appointments and if you notice erratic heartbeat or other problems, get to the doc or ER right away.
