Hey , new phen guy here, just hopin for a little advice here.
im 32 yrs old, 283#, 5'11"
my goal is to get to 200, ive always been overweght but i saw my self on a friends wedding video and was disgusted w/ myself. A friend said he ordered phen online and lost 20#s easily on it.
Im a chef in a hotel, i dont really have much of an appetite at work when im around food all day, my problem is that when i get home at 7 pm im starving. I can normally just get by on coffee during the day( probably not the best thing i should do)
Any advice would be really appreciated - Did i see you shouldnt drink coffee on phen?

Hey Chef! Thanks for joining us. That's good that you've set a goal for yourself.

Here are some tips:

1) Don't drink much coffee or any at all while on Phen. It causes
the medication to leave your body too soon and then you don't
get the full hunger suppressing effects of Phentermine.

2) Try to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with 2-3 small,
healthy snacks in between.

3) Take advantage of this forum and look for information on the
best combinations of foods, what types of foods to avoid, and
to get help making the most of your money spent on Phentermine.

4) Exercise is important, also... It doesn't necessarily have to be
weight lifting, but you do NEED to start doing some kind of
cardiovascular exercise 3-5 times a week for at least 15 minutes
each day. I recommend walking at a brisk pace. It helps me
burn fat just fine. I only run to increase lean muscle and
develop better endurance (plus burn a BIT of extra fat).

Yeah, I definitely agree with you, Ian. Chef--you need to eat throughout the day rather than just at night. That's the worst thing you could do. Take the phen, drink lots of water, and eat about 6 small meals a day. Try to work some exercise in when you have free time, but since you're a chef I have a feeling that's going to be hard...actually you're probably on your feet a lot anyway from what I remember about the food-service industry, so maybe that will help fill the exercise slot.

:smile: Hi chef welcome to the forum.Im from australia and we have a saying about chefs."Never trust a skinny chef",I dont know if its said any where else.But I know the best chefs are the ones who test their own food!I know you said you dont eat at work,[I would be pigging out all day smelling the food!],but do you eat breakfast?I used to never eat breakfast,cant go without it now.Doing some walking in the morning before work will help you heaps.Hope you post again soon.BYE :smile: 8)

Haha Magenta, one of my favorite restaurants has a sign which says exactly that.."never trust a skinny chef". I'm with you, if I worked as a chef I would spend half my time eating the stuff in the kitchen! 8-) I have a hard enough time watching myself in my own kitchen!

Hey Chef D how are you doing??? Welcom to the forum.. I noticed you say that you only eat when you get home. My qestion is how much do you eat and what? Also do you ever drink any sodas or beer etc.... through out the day or when you get home?
