Hey Chef! Thanks for joining us. That's good that you've set a goal for yourself.
Here are some tips:
1) Don't drink much coffee or any at all while on Phen. It causes
the medication to leave your body too soon and then you don't
get the full hunger suppressing effects of
Phentermine.
2) Try to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with 2-3 small,
healthy snacks in between.
3) Take advantage of this forum and look for information on the
best combinations of foods, what types of foods to avoid, and
to get help making the most of your money spent on Phentermine.
4) Exercise is important, also... It doesn't necessarily have to be
weight lifting, but you do NEED to start doing some kind of
cardiovascular exercise 3-5 times a week for at least 15 minutes
each day. I recommend walking at a brisk pace. It helps me
burn fat just fine. I only run to increase lean muscle and
develop better endurance (plus burn a BIT of extra fat).
