I am Brand new and just looking into losing alot of weight.

Over the last 2 years I gained 45 lbs. accord. to doc everything is fine medically. :P

But now I am 176lbs and should be around 130. So Starting today my life I hope will start changing!

I have been swimming everyday for 1 mth and not 1lb lost. argh just my luck!

so i just joined to kinda be able to talk with outhers having the same issues weight there unable to lose, so on and so forth! :grin:

I look forward to meeting everyone!

Don't get down my friend... You need to remember that muscle weights more that fat. Swimming is one of the best things that you can do. B/c it works out every single muscle you basicly have. You also need to look into what your eatting. Keep up the swimming you will shed it off quick enough. How are your eatting habbits?

well in the morning around 10-11am I have a bowl of cheerios. lunch not usually anything. dinner around 5pm somtimes bbq hamburgers, carne asada wraps, burritos, chicken pancit with bean thread, chicken adobo with rice,we eat alot of different chicken dishes! so i guess it all depends on what my husband feels like. I cook it all and i watch my portions.
