hi my name is angie i live in lansing michigan and ive been trying to lose weight for years i need to lose about 80 lbs to get back to a healthy weight for my height ive been looking at adipex or phentermine ive tried adipex without a doc prescription but only for 5 days i want to get a prescription from a doctor but i called my doctors office and asked if he prescribed diet pills and the lady told me no i am now looking for doctor that prescribes them if not ill have to order online which is really expensive i hope i can find a doc that does ill keep posting

Angie--Welcome! My doctor would have given me the pills but with my insurance not willing to cover the cost it is actually cheaper for me to buy online rather than going thru my doctor. I got 90 pills for $99 with free shipping. They are phentermine 37.5. At any rate I hope you get your pills and have much success on your weightloss.

You you tell Angie to start at that dose if it their first time? I know I am starting at 30 and I am wondering if it would have been better to start at 15.

It depends on the person who is taking it. But, after reading through
other forums with topics on Phentermine, it seems that unfortunately,
people step up the dosage when they feel the tolerance coming on.
Some even end up moving to taking Didrex, which is even stronger
than Phentermine 37.5 or Adipex (37.5 also), and is VERY expensive.
