Howdy Ya'll!

Well...I just started taking phentermine (Adipex-P) in May 2005 and it really helped alot in the beginning. I started at only half a 37.5 pill daily and now to get somewhat the same effects, I take 2 pills daily. I have about 10 to 20 more pounds I would like to lose. It doesn't sound like I weigh very much, but when you consider I'm only 5'2" in height every pound matters! It's really nice to see such an informative forum and fromthe excerpts I've read thus far, everyone seem very nice and helpful.

TX, it sure is a wonderful place!!!!! Two 37.5mgs pills a day!!!! I am not so sure that is safe. I could have swore that I read somewhere not to take over 40 or 45 mg a day. You might want to check into that a bit. Or just watch yourself closely.....
