Hey Dezi, nice to have you here. I'm sure you'll reach your goal and
stay there since you have made a healthy adjustment to your diet.
Are you exercising too? That'd be a good thing to start doing since
you have more energy. It's funny because once you start doing
things like running etc, it's difficult, but then you start to get used
to it, and you have more and more energy all the time... Plus you'll
get better sleep.
