Hi everybody, I'm glad I found all of you guys !!! Well I've been on Phentermine since Feb2005 and so far I've lost 27 lbs. I think that's pretty good. I've been one of the lucky few, pretty much no side effects, the typical dry mouth, well actually just thirsty, but for me that's good at least that forces me to drink my daily intake of water, For now I just wish I can loose 13 more pounds, but I can't seem to be able to, and yes I stopped for a couple of weeks and started taking them again, but I've just lost a couple of lbs. since.

Hi Elizabeth-

Well congratulations on the 27 pounds. We both have almost the same weight goals. I think that I am not to bad if I go down to the 140's it is what i seem to get stuck at most of the time.

Have you tried changing you diet to loose those extra pounds. I am currently eating cereal special K for lunch and have a light dinner. I am not big on breakfast it makes me yucky the rest of the day.
