I started with a weight loss goal of 129 pounds. I am now at 107 to go. I know that doesn't sound like much, but I am doing it slow and steady. between 2 and 3 pounds per week. I started my excercising at a very slow pace and have gradually worked my way up. 6 weeks ago I couldn't walk 1/6 of a mile without getting tired and when I tried to do a Richard Simmons workout, I didn't even make it through the warm up. I am now doing the complete 1 hour workout in the morning and walking 1 1/2 miles in the evening. Take it easy, don't try to push yourself too hard or you'll just give up. Remember it takes time. Allow yourself the time to do it right, and enjoy the benifits for the rest of your life(which will be even longer)
