You can also find an outfit that you want to wear in the size that you want to wear and post it on the fridge. Also if you have any old jeans that you want to wear again hang them up in your foom, living room, or anywhere you will see them everyday and that will motivate you to wear them again.

Yep, my jeans are hanging on the wall right next to my closet door. I've tried them a couple of times. Still can't get in them, but they are getting closer!!
