I know how you feel. The same thing happened to me. I lost the first 5 pounds in like a week then nothing for like 2 I wanted to scream!!!
I realized that i needed to make some changes in what I was eating and when I was eating. I am now having yougurt in the morning then have a light lunch like fruit or cereal.
When I go home I have a light dinner depending on the day. There are somedays like Fridays that i have pasta but its only once in a while.
I bake chicken with white rice or just the chicken or meat.
I am also going to the gym to do at least an hour of cardio 2 times a week and swim 2 times a week with a light weights workout.
I already lost 2 more pounds and I feel great. I'm not hungry and drinking tons of water at least 3 liters a day. I'm trying to do a little yoga but it kicks my butt since I am not very flexible.
but look over at what you are eating and make some changes it could help.
