I'm glad we could help. I don't remember if I mentioned FitDay.com to you. It's a free program that will really help you monitor your intake and activity and help you plan your daily diet. Remember to keep the carbs/protein/fat balanced. I think the recommended is 40/30/30 but I have mine at 40/35/25 to alow myself more protein and less fat. You can set your goals on it to however you want and it will show you how your doing daily, weekly, or monthly. Also you can monitor your weightloss. It will show where you stand on the healthy weight charts, show how much you've lost, how long you have until your goal date and how much you need to lose weekly to reach your goal.
