Yes yes as you may have guessed I am new here :shock: and I so much like the idea of a free forum for support and such.

But I have a question: Is this forum only for users of Phentermine? I don't use it, because I believe I am too young to use it, but I am working hard on losing and this seems like a great place to come too :grin: (even if it takes me longer than everyone else :\)

No you don't have to use it to be here. there are a some people here that are not using it and seeing some great results. And don't start using it if you are too young. It is always better to just restrain yourself when you are young because your body will react better to the changes you make.

Hello My name is Karol, and I started using phentermine about 2 months ago. A neighbor of mine told me that she lost 4 dress sizes with it and gave me a couple of them to try. I lost about 5 pounds the first week and lost 1 size so far. I take mine in the morning before breakfast with a B12 vitamin for circulatory system. I have breakfast. For lunch, I sometimes get hungry I just do not eat as much as I used to. Dinner also small portion. I had a baby last year and I needed a little boost to start losing weight. I have been ok with taking Phentermine. I will keep you updated and let you know time to time how things are going. Thanking you and Good Night.

Hi Raptor, I'm one of the old folks around here. I'm 38. I don't use any medications. I only take multivitamins. I'm doing pretty well, and I contribute alot of my success to the support I get here. There are some really wonderful people who I feel honored to consider my friends. Good luck, and welcome to the family

Hi there Zoey. I have been trying to lose weight for a few weeks now and haven't had any progress. I am eating much better, eating less, exercising every day... nothing :/ But I will stick with it, I don't plan on giving up any time soon.
