I just found this site. I was looking for a while a place to get some support on my weight loss quest.

I am married and living in Utah. My weight issues began 4 years ago and since getting married have gotten worse as I picked up a few bad habits from my husband (eating unhealthy snacks all the time, eating when he is hungry) but now I do realize that is up to me to make the changes to get where I need to be.

I am now at 167 and I am 5'4", my goal is to get to 120.

Any advice on how to ease into Phertermine. I am new with it and was hoping for some advice.

HI there and welcome! I have almost the exact same story and stats as you. I started on it almost three months ago at 167, and now I am at 140. I am 5'1 and I would like to get to 120 (MAYBE 115!) I love it. I need to order more but can't find mine (it's kinda different and has 316 on it.) I hope you like it here as much as I do. Everyone here is really nice!

You lost 27 pounds in 3 months, that's great. I hope I'll get the same results as you. I ordered on Sunday, so I am hoping to get my prescription this week.

hey i ordered my pills sunday too.... im very anxious to get mine- like you said probably in a week... i have taken the 30 mg dose before and lost 9 lbs in 6 days.. but i got scared because i felt jitterey and couldn't sleep too much, so i quit but im gonna go back on them and give them another try... because they do work! I weigh 165 and im 5'6 i would like to lose about 20 lbs atleast.. a friend of mine lost 30lbs in 9 wks she went from a size 16 to about a 8 or 9 ... so goodluck - i'll try to keep up with you on the web site and track your progress-- as well as keep you updated on mine.... talk to ya later

I just got approved for my 90 day order. I was so worried I wasn't going to get approved for it. I ordered it off line this time. I got it from my dr. in the past.

I was able to get my prescription to a website, the doctor approved it
