Hi Ladies,
You have to try to find something to do so you wont pick at food. Like carry a water bottle around with you and drink all the time. You have to motivate yourself or this wont work. What I did was hang up a pair of jeans that I dearly loved and don't fit to have as a reminder of my goal. For support my hubbie hung up a picture of an extremely obese woman with my head shot on it. Mean, huh. But it helps! You can do this and remember you not alone. That is what we are here for. Just don't munch while you on the computer. best of luck!
