HI, my name is Brooke. I started to take phentermine30mg about a month ago. I was at my highest weight, even higher than pregnancy weight. I was at 199 lbs. I am currently down to 178. So far it seems to be working pretty good. I'm not nearly as hungy, though I do eat. I also walk a couple of miles when it is not bad outside. I live in Ks so you never know about the weather. anyway my goal is 140. So far i've had no bad side effects. I sleep fine at night. Though I did have to go to decaf coffee instead of the regular. I would like to hear what others have to say. :grin:

wow you are doing wonderful.we need to be goal buddies.I want to be around 130(give or take).I just weighed yesterday the scale said 193.5 but TOM just left monday.Before that it said 191.5 of course that was before Thanksgiving :shock: So I will weigh again next week.Well I just had a baby a couple of months ago&gained most of the weight back I lost before getting pregnant.Sad thing is I gained after having the baby so far I have lost 10lbs on my own,but I think I need some help again.Before I was also on the clear blue,but the pharmacy I ordered from doesn't sell it anymore.so of course iam scared to order from anywhere else.But reading the success of the pharmacies here I think I will order from the sites here.I had finally made my mind up last night to order&hubby forgot to leave the card(on purpose I think..LOL)Sorry so long I tend to talk a lot :-D
