ive been on it way way to long ! Not a good idea.. The only thing that works for me is the 37.5 phentermine..but maybe something different will work for you..good luck

Hi, I have been on it for about 5 weeks and only lost 11 lbs most of it the first week. I just stopped for 5 days to clear out my body and hope it works well again. Initially I was not hungry at all and if I ate one potatoe chip it seemed really big. I have no side affects except for a little dry mouth but not needing to drink tons of water. I am on 37.5 mg white/blue speckled oval tablet. Do you think I need a different pill? I ordered mine from safetrustrx.....It was weird it said a Dr. consultation which I never have gotten. I just bought thyrin-ATC to boost my metabolism it is a thermagenic that supports the thyroid. I tried zetacap which doesn't work at all. I eat well lighter, and exercise average 4-6 days a week for 40 minutes on the eliptical. Let me know if you have any ideas. Thanks

I also want to welcome you! I just joined not that long ago either. I started the 37.5 phentermine right before thanksgiving. I was on phen off and on over the years after having my 2nd child when she was about 10 years old. I again started it after having my third child which she is 2 years old now and I lost most of my weight. I have about 7 lbs to lose to get to my prepregnancy weight. Its definately harder now that I'm almost 40 to lose but I'll do it. I feel good and I think with my weight down keeps me more active too. Gotta be active with my 2 year old running around.
