Hi everyone... I have been taking 30mg Phentermine for 3 weeks. The first 2 days I noticed that I was not very hungry and had a lot more energy. I lost about 6 pounds after the 1st week, but haven't lost any since. I am a little concerned because I still feel hungry. Has anyone else had this problem?

There are quite a few of us who have had to deal with this.
You might want to start using the phentermine 37.5
tablets instead of 30mg caps. However, I'm not 100%
sure this will solve the problem you're having.

Has anyone had success after switching from a lower
dosage to 37.5mg tablets?

I dont know from going to 30 to 37.5 and the difference but I do know I like the 37.5 tabs have helped me. Now I do want to say that they definately helped with not being hungry or the feeling that I might be hungry but not hungry for nothng in particular (does that make sense?)

Do you take it on an empty stomach? Are you drinking plenty of water, I know if I feel like I'm hungry I would get a big glass of water and sip at that. If your hungry, try snacking on fresh veggies or something healthy. I am having the opposite problem here, when on phen I'm not hungry and I forget to eat. I might snack on something as I do my wash or house work and next thing you know I skipped through breakfast and lunch. Thats not good! You dont want to do that. I now only take a half of tab. when needed, not all the time.

I hope I helped a little.

Michelle

Today, I have been drinking a ton of water and had 3 small meals instead of just a breakfast and lunch. I think that helped a bit. I am considering switching to the 37.5s if I keep feeling hungry. I will give it a few more weeks.
