New To Any Kind Of Weight Loss Group

Hi I am Anna,
I started to take Fastin last August. I only took it for 30 days and lost 25lbs, when I was taking it. In the 5 months that I was not taking it I only gained 2lbs of the weight back. I just got a new prescription for it. I felt some of the side effects of the medication. Mainly the jitteryness of it. But, all in all I felt pretty good taking it.
I have always been pretty big, but I have never been happy about my weight. I hopefully can have a good chunk of the weight off by the summer.
If anyone has anyone has any helpful tips, they would be greatly appriciated.

to do it there. If you need help with adding it to your signature here,
