I ordered from ccbasket.com last Thursday, and Fed-Ex's tracking site says my pills are on their way to my house today! This will be my first time taking phentermine so I was wondering if anyone has any advice?

I've heard to take it early in the morning to avoid insomnia, but I've also read a lot of people saying it wears off and they get tired in the afternoons or hungry in the evening... thoughts? I've also read to drink lots of water, which I've already started. I've been working out 5 days a week for 2 weeks now, I've lost a pound or two and a few inches from my middle already.

My biggest question- I need help setting realistic goals. I currently weigh 185, and I would like to get down to 130. What's a realistic time frame I can hope to accomplish this in? I would love to be there by summer but I don't know if that's expecting too much.

I take mine in the morning. I have not really had an issue of feeling tired. But my Dr. had said if I felt hungry to split it..and take part in the afternoon. Have not had sleeping problems either.

I just really do not feel hungry , which is the best part for me. It makes it way easier to stick to diets if you do not feel hungry al the time.

I think everyone will lose different. But for sure eating right and working out make it happen faster. I was told when I started that most people will have a good weight loss after a month or so. But I am sure some people drop faster or slower
