Tammy you are doing great! I was told if you calculate around 2 or 3 pounds a week in month that its really good, thats the weight hard to put back on... I had the hardest time at first but yea it was cause of my kids, i have a 14 year old, 8 year old, and a 20 month old baby... full hands girl.. Thats why its so hard for me, so basically anything i do I have to do it during my work hours and Im so lucky cause here at work they have a gym set up for us were we can go and do anything we want.. I love it, but now I skip lunch and usually Im eating on the run now, snack here snack there and yea i do eat lunch but I was used to eating out alot.. to tell you I was 117 pounds when I started here and now 6 years later I went to 168.. so its been pretty hard being bigger when I was skinny most of my life.. but now, Im working on it and I will do it till I accomplish my goal. Its really hard but I have been motivated on this sight for a while now and i think I keep going. Anyways you keep up the good work, it amazes me to see before and after pictures, thats so much motivation for me..
