Hi everyone, Im new to Phentermine, Im starting tomorrow.. believe it or not Im excited! Im at 168 pounds 5'2 and want to loose 30 pounds. never been serious about my weight, but this is my resolution for 2006. I have so much cloth at home that Im leaving and i hate going to buy bigger cloth, this is becoming stressfull(weight). I really hope I picked the right pill, also I've tried southbeach diet and that didn't work. So this is my second attemp to try something new. I found this website and hoping that its motivating for me!
Please guys keep me in line and help me stay focus..

Hello! well, I can say its great! I love being on this diet, so far I've lost 9 pounds and i will weight myself on monday and see if anything else is gone! I dont see it yet but the scale does. So hopefully inches start coming of next. I have been working out hard everyday during my lunch hour, do almost 3 miles on the precore(kind of like a stepper) and its usually 50 minutes on it and alot of sweat, Im doing only the cardio for now. when I loose 20 pounds I want to start my weight training. This pill though has helped me so much on my portions that I have never eaten this small and never was able to avoid cokes that easy, haven't had one since I started.. Im just excited and I wont stop till my goal. You know its hard at first but it gets easier, just focus and small portions, always small portions.

I like the phen it is good just seems to build ressistance quick so i cycle on and off ive been on the phen for a mnth and i lost 10lbs and my close are looser i just did measurments and i have lost inches off my thighs waist hips and calves not a lot but enough to make me think hey its coming along. I dont exercise a lot im so tired from running after a toddler that i only do it a few times a wk but i clean all day and chase him so i guess i get something everyday,but i do drink a lot of water (gallon) a day! I can say there has only been 1 other diet aid that worked for me and that is my bfore pic and my after it was ephedra, so the phen was as good as it was. Good luck i hope you have great results! :cool:

Tammy you are doing great! I was told if you calculate around 2 or 3 pounds a week in month that its really good, thats the weight hard to put back on... I had the hardest time at first but yea it was cause of my kids, i have a 14 year old, 8 year old, and a 20 month old baby... full hands girl.. Thats why its so hard for me, so basically anything i do I have to do it during my work hours and Im so lucky cause here at work they have a gym set up for us were we can go and do anything we want.. I love it, but now I skip lunch and usually Im eating on the run now, snack here snack there and yea i do eat lunch but I was used to eating out alot.. to tell you I was 117 pounds when I started here and now 6 years later I went to 168.. so its been pretty hard being bigger when I was skinny most of my life.. but now, Im working on it and I will do it till I accomplish my goal. Its really hard but I have been motivated on this sight for a while now and i think I keep going. Anyways you keep up the good work, it amazes me to see before and after pictures, thats so much motivation for me..
