Hi - I stumbled across this site as I was looking for information on Phetermine. Thank you for being here. I am at my wits end. Instead of beating myself up any more I've decided to do something about this "weight ". It's funny how that word has more than one meaning. Being over weight places such a burden on your emotions, self esteems, some how I feel less than the person I used to be when I weighed less. None the less, ( pardon the pun...) I need to take action. O.K. - so here's the deal. I work out like a maniac 6 days a week. 45 minutes to one hour of cardio five days a week and an hour and a half on Saturday. And that's hard sweatin cardio, running, biking, stairclimber, eliptical; I cross train to avoid injury. I run at least one marathon a year. ( 26.2 miles) I do free weights five days a week. So, here's the kicker...I still weigh 180lbs! I went sugar free, gluten free, dairy free, alcohol free and ate mostly fruits, veggies and lean protein. Lots of self discipline. Finally two weeks ago I had PMS from hell. Got drunk one night ( only 3 drinks I must admit, low tolerance these days) had a vicious hangover and ate a ton of candy the following week, I've had it!! I feel like I have put in so much hard work and not gotten the results I was hoping for. I'll try just about anything to get to my goal weight of 145lbs. So, hence, phentremine. Hopefully it will work. Sorry if I sound like Debbie Downer from Mad T.V. but I'm a bit frustrated. I need to jump start my spirits again and have some hope that I will get to my goal. I was my goal weight for the majority of my adult weight until I gain 30 lbs when my back went out 3 years ago and I had to stop working out for a while. Since then I have been struggling to pull of the weight. I am 35, 5'11 and 180. 22% bodyfat. I want to be 145.
Thanks for listening!
