hi.

i started phen 3 days ago (on friday) and drank lots of water. i was expecting to always have a thirst since that's what i've been reading. but today (sunday) i didn't feel thirsty at all. oh, and i definitely cannot sleep so i stay surfing the web but when i start to get hungry (since i am up late at night) i throw myself in bed and force myself to sleep before i think of eating. because of school on sat. and a snow storm today i havent been able to hit the gym.

so anyhow, i'd like to know if this has happened to some of you guys.

how can i drink water when i am not thirsty? especially if it's cold...

help!

I was thirsty every day I was on the Phen... I'm off it for 5 days because I'm taking antibiotics for bronchitis and don't want any interactions.... anyways I was on it for 6 days and was thirsty every day... all day. Now I've been off it since Friday and am still drinking my water like usual... I just make myself drink since I know I need it. Good luck to you!!
