Hi everyone,

I cannot tell you how happy I am I found this site. I am so excited that I am finally doing something about my weight. I am 5'8 and Right now I weigh 240 lbs. I started taking Phen on Saturday and I am already feeling results. Of course I cannot eat anything and I am drinking tons of water. Althpough my ultimate is 50. I would like to lose at least 40 lbs by my 31st birthday which is in June. Wish me luck! Chat with you all later!

Hi coco I'm new too. What kind of phen are you taking? I'm still looking to make sure I get the best. Congratulations on getting serious and I hope you lose your desired weight my June! I hope to lose 20lbs by summer, we'll be two hotties by June :eek: !! Keep up the good work.

Im the same way I kind of lose my appetite but just crave that water. Well I do hope you reach your goal by your 31 birthday :smt113. I hope you stay motivated and focused and keep us up to date with your post, also very important :smt041
