I am totally new to this sight. However, i have been taking phentermine (Sunday will be 3 weeks). I have only lost 4 pounds. I have been doing weight watchers and walking on the treadmill 5-6 miles a day. I figured I would drop much more than that. I am 5'5 and started at 150. I am now at 146. My goal is 130. Any support and suggestions. I am taking the blue/clear 30mg pill.

you're off to a great start! Hey you're four pounds lighter!
I'm also doing weight watchers. I've been on Phentermine 37.5 for almost 4 months now and to date I have lost 27 pounds! In the beginning it was coming off slow...very slow. I began adding more cardio + strength training to my workout and drinking lots of water. Both together seemed to have helped.
You're doing great! Keep up the good work!

Well i think you are doing great 4 pounds is alot. i started to do more exercising. Exercising and the pill and diet really helped me. In the begining( the first) 2 weeks I did no exercising but when I exercise I seen a big difference, keep up the good work and please continue to post :gg:
