Hi all. Just wanted to drop in and say hi. I just came from the endo and she prescribed Phen for me. I'll start tomorrow. I've got all sorts of fun stuff going on, but I don't think I'll get into it right here I think I'll wait til I make a few friends! So I'm wondering if there's a Single-People thread anywhere on the site that is well attended? I'm unmarried and it's helpful for me to talk to others in the same boat. Looking forward to meeting lots of you to help me thru this new journey.

Thanks for the welcome. I've seen your smiling avatar on a number of the threads I've read. I'm really a bit nervous about this whole thing so I'm glad to hear there is good support!

Thanks Ellen!! You will do fine.. just start a weight loss journal here and you can update it often to tell us all how your weight loss is going, how your exercise is going, whatever you want to tell us... that's where I spend most of my time on the forum.... reading others journals and trying to give them support and praise for their accomplishments

Im new also I started my phentermine Feb 1st and it has really worked for me . The first day I felt a little racy but after that all I seem to feel is dry mouth but that helps in drinking lots of water is which what my diet dr
told me to do . Ive lost 9 lbs so far . Some lose a little faster than others but This is a great place to find lots of information and support.
