Thanks yall! I was down to 225 this morning...I supplement breakfast and lunch with a slim fast chocolate shake, they are really good! Im glad i like them, so i will stick to it. I want/need to lose as much as i can before spring/summer kicks in, I literally have no clothes to wear and refuse to buy them looking like this! I thought i would have been more eager to lose after having my baby October 24...but i think i actually gained a few over the holidays, and now i feel like i have wasted 4 months! Oh well....I just want to be back to a hot chick! I am single, 35, first baby, she was an OOPS!, great job, own my own home, and FAT! That part i want to change!
