I am new here started Phen 1/31/o6 lost 15 pounds in two weeks with exercise,water and the eggs,meat and cheese diet my Dr. put me on. and B-12 shots. However, the first two weeks were fine then I think because of no carbs I felt terrible. I would like to go back to the way I have always lost weight by eating fruits veggies and good carbs(wheat bread,brand cereal ect.) I was wondering if people lose just as good not following a low-carb diet. :razz:
